Welcome to the Life Mastery Academy, an 8-week transformative course designed to empower individuals within the LGBTQ community to master their lives through self-discovery and resilience. This journey consists of six engaging modules, each aimed at unravelling your potential and helping you live authentically.

**Course Structure:**

**Assessment**: Begin your journey with an assessment using IPEC's 7 Levels of Energy, followed by an ELI (Energy Leadership Index) debrief that sets the foundation for your program. This tailored approach helps identify your current state and specific areas of focus.

**Module Breakdown**:

**Module 1: Energetic Life Force Energy**

Explore the concept of life force energy, understanding how it affects your physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Learn techniques to harness this energy for personal empowerment.

**Module 2: Energy Blocks**

Identify and address the energy blocks that hold you back from experiencing joy and fulfilment. Discover methods to clear these blocks and enhance your personal growth.

**Module 3: The Gremlin/Ego**

Delve into the roles of the Gremlin and Ego in your life. Learn to recognize negative thought patterns and cultivate a supportive inner dialogue that nurtures your true self.

**Module 4: Recognizing Illusions**

Gain insight into the illusions that hinder your growth. Develop the ability to see through false narratives and embrace a more authentic perspective of life.

**Module 5: Being Conscious**

Discover the power of mindfulness and conscious living. Learn practical techniques to stay present, aligned with your values, and make empowered choices.

**Module 6: Being The Change**

Embrace your role as a catalyst for positive change in your life and the community. Cultivate the skills to influence not only your journey but also uplift those around you.

**Group Coaching and Support**: Join us for weekly group coaching calls, where you’ll receive ongoing support, guidance, and inspiration from both myself and fellow participants. This collaborative environment fosters connection and accountability.
